Baby movement painful for anyone else now?

I feel like this baby is way too big for my body at this point. His movements have become so uncomfortable and painful. I get this striking pain in my bladder and around there inside, then elbows or knees (?) poking clear out the side of my stomach. He's constantly rolling around in there like he has tons of room and it freakin hurts! Anyone else feel like mortal combat is taking place where their internal organs used to be?
