Tummy time ?? for STMs

OK...my LO HATES tummy time. I've tried it on several occasions and he just lies there and cries like he's been abandoned...it has not gotten better over time. He is 13 weeks. I'm very tempted to stop because I don't enjoy those sessions because of his discomfort. DH and I have done tummy time with him on our chests, but he still doesn't like to do that for long either.

Any of you ladies NOT do a lot of tummy time with your LO and everything turned out fine?
