Stingy incision 3 weeks pp

My incision hurts more than it did last week. It has a fairly large golf ball size lump at one side and its hard along my incision. Today it has started giving me a stinging type sensation and it hurts to touch. I was at the doctor last week about the lump and she said it was just scar tissue and not infected. Has anyone had this type of problem? Any tips besides Tylenol to help with the lumpiness I have?

Ill also add that it's sore enough I can't even wear loose jeans cause while they fit, they still hurt. I almost can't wear sweat pants cause the band kills me.
