A&D ointment?

Millie has two lovely, red, chapped spots on her cheeks from constantly eating her hands and rubbing her drooly fists over her face. Now it looks totally adorable and rosy but I don't want it to get worse. A&D ointment has always worked amazingly well for me in the past and I know it's good for diaper rash, so I thought it'd be the perfect solution. But does anyone know if there would be any problem using it on her cheeks? I've done it the last two days or so, but when I looked at the tube today it says "If swallowed call Poison Control immediately."

Surely the little bit she might get in her mouth by rubbing her hands on her cheeks and then putting them in her mouth isn't cause for worry is it?
