Today would have been my sweet Athena Jane's 1st birthday 
For those who don't know, my little girl died last August just short of 3 months old. She underwent 2 open heart surgeries and could not overcome the 2nd surgery and we had to make the heart wrenching decision to pull her life support.
She is celebrating her birthday with the angels....dance, lil Diva, dance!
