FREE TALK: What to Expect AFTER You're Expecting

I just wanted to let any pregnant moms know that there's a free talk about the first months postpartum given by Dr. Stephen Turner, Pediatrician, and me, Olivia Bergeron, LCSW.  Should be really great and informative!

What:

The First Year At the Pediatrician: New parents are often overwhelmed and don't know when to go to the pediatrician or what will happen during the visits.  Dr. Turner will discuss the first year at the pediatrician, including well visits and what will happen at the visits, as well as accident prevention, vaccines, diet and the newborn exam.

The First Months As A Parent: Many new parents are surprised by how tough the first few months with a newborn can be.  In her talk, Olivia Bergeron, LCSW, Founder of Mommy Groove Therapy & Support, will talk about how a postpartum plan can ease your transition to new parenthood and get your family off to a great start.
