Old Navy-false advertising (?) annoys me

I frequently check their site for good deals on a few things I kind of need right now.  Money is tight so a few dollars saved is actually quite valuable to me.  I saw in the maternity section of the site, they said "Tees and Tanks  $10 Regular $14.94". I went and looked and saw nothing at all for $10.  It says "tees and tanks" PLURAL....and there isn't even one item at tat price point.  I take it to meant that is the starting dollar amount and prices go up from there.  Granted there are 3/4 length sleeve shirts for that amount but it still seems misleading if tey include "tanks" in the advertising.. 

 I also see their maternity shorts advertised "from $15" and there isn't one pair that's actually $15.  The cotton sweatpant material type shorts are almost $17.

 Am I just really dense and missing the play on words or is this false advertising? This normally wouldn't bother me so much but for some reason it does today! lol
