"Grow On" gift code "not valid" on Shutterfly website. Help! :)

Hi Heather,

 

I logged into Pampers Village to enter some codes and was pleasantly surprised to see that I earned the 3 month gift. After an hour of picking my address labels on Shutterfly, my promotional code reads as "invalid". I copied and pasted it from the email that was sent to me. Is there a reason it's not being accepted?
