Does anyone give 5 ounces at a time? That's what the pediatrician is suggesting to decrease gas and get longer stretches of sleep at night. Currently LO (11 weeks old) gets seven 4 oz. bottles per day (2 of which are given overnight) and she wants us to try six 5 oz. bottles, giving only 1 overnight. But we make bottles using room temperature water, so should I make 6 oz. bottles, and then pour 1 oz. into a separate bottle in the fridge and then the next time add it to a 4 oz. bottle so we're not giving him an entire bottle of cold formula? Not sure if that will be too confusing for the daycare. So I was thinking maybe make up a 4 oz. bottle, keep it in the fridge during the day, and then with each new room temp 4 oz. bottle just add 1 oz. from fridge to it.
Anyway, just wondering what everyone else does...
