NY bill to make TPR easier!

Most people know that GC/surrogacy is completely illegal in NY. But did you also know that parents of babies born via DE/DS/DEmbryo are often up for a major battle for parentage? They're finally getting with the times with a new bill proposing to allow parents using TPR to establish parentage immediately when their LOs are born.

This would totally change how TPR is addressed in NY. HUGE step forward! I hope it passes!
