CP or other neuro moms please

I have been noticing more and more things with DD lately, below is a video she has seen a bunch of times and tries to dance to in the same way; does this seem like CP or another neuro symptom to you?

Also - I am trying to get ahold of as many early childhood pics of myself as I see a neuro doc (DD is up in Aug for one) as far as not holding too still during pics - but my mom doesn't like to go there so I have to get them while she is out. Also we have a second cousin with more severe CP and another with developing ticks in middle school age.
