LO cries when not being held

My LO is 3w4d and when she is awake she must be held otherwise she cries. We've tried putting her in a bouncy seat, swing, bassinet, boppy lounger, and stroller. She doesn't like anything except being held. Anyone else have a LO that does this? Any advice?
