Suddenly feeling light headed?

Hi All

I was sitting waiting for my ultrasound today (everything good and normal ) and suddenlly got really light headed. I had my dr appointment earlier today and everything was good and normal. Anyone else experience this? It was really strange, it lasted for about 2 seconds and i felt fine afterwards.
