Should I call the Doc?

May 2013 in 3rd Trimester

I was diagnosed with Preeclampsia at 31 weeks and now am at 36 weeks. On modified bed rest. Feeling really nauseous today. Is this something I should call my doctor about???. I know she said to call if I was bleeding, right upper pain by ribs, severe headaches that wont go away, chest pain or visual problems. I don't have those but been nauseous today which I haven't been really since my morning sickness days....
