Re-Opening our Foster License

We adopted DS-13 in 2010 and DD-4 in 2011. We also have DS-10 (bio). We have decided to re-open our license to newborns-3 years old (specifically DD's bio-cousin in case she comes in to care, but if not....then any baby/toddler). Suddenly I find that I really DO want a 4th child. I'm feeling excited and nervous!
