Baby dropped?

Hi All!

I am currently 38 weeks pregnant and I was not really sure what people meant when they say the baby looks like it has dropped. However, I have noticed that the kicks are much lower now than they were yesterday. Baby J's kicks were right under my chest, now they are right in the middle of my belly. Is this normal? haha
