Changing table - what am I missing?!

May 2013 in 3rd Trimester

I've been trying to organize the changing table area but feel I am missing something. What's an important item to have around while changing a baby? Or is it really this simple?

cloth/disposable diapers
wipes
rash cream

I heard wash clothes are handy as well to cover the boys pp so I don't accidentally get shot in the eye! Haha. Anything else??
