mommy and me classes? (dover area)

Anyone know of any type of classes for babies in the dover area? My daughter is 6 months old. Sensory play, swim classes, moms groups, etc? I saw that the Y offers some of these things and maybe after the summer I will get a membership, but I'm more interested in something that's not such a big financial commitment.
