Wording extra narrative on registries

When a registry gives you the option to state the gender and list additional narrative, is there a polite way to say gender neutral apparel is fine? I didn't register for any clothes, thinking that I bought all the basics for the first couple months on my own and if anyone wanted to give clothes they would choose that themselves. I don't mind all girly pink stuff but if anyone WANTED to mix it up with green or yellow or even blue that would be great....or should I just say nothing and let them figure it out, since all my gear is gender neutral?
