pain under arm

Ok so i'm having sharp pain on my ribs under my right arm (kind of where my bra would go) that radiates up a little bit (thicker than a bra) and somewhat around towards my shoulder blade....it started really grandual and i didn't notice it too much at first...but now it's really noticeable....but it's not constant...it comes and goes (been like this for about 2hours) on it's own but also when i move the worng way or take really deep breaths...

has anyone eles expierienced this? any ideas what it could be?

(doc office isn't open and i don't want to rush to ER if it's something that's normal or could wait until tomorrow)
