Can you tell if baby has flipped?

May 2013 in 3rd Trimester

Last baby was transverse, but flipped around week 36. I couldn't tell as he was always really low anyway. This one is breech so far. His head had been to the left of my belly button. It's no longer there, but now I have a similar lump to the right of my belly button. Can you tell the difference between their heads and their rears?
