Hi!  On July 1st, my husband and I are relocating from Manhattan to a home we just purchased in Highlands Ranch BackCountry, with our daughter (2) and son (5 months).  We do not yet have any contacts in CO, so I would greatly appreciate any advice/info/comments that you would care to share regarding the following items or anything else that comes to mind.  Thank you for your time and assistance!!!
