Unfavorable cervix, but may be facing an induction!

I am really starting to worry about my situation. I had a non-reactive non-stress test today. My midwifery practice is going to repeat the NST tomorrow, and if it is non-reactive again, they will recommend induction. I am 41 weeks one day, but have a very unfavorable cervix. I am only 1 cm dilated, and 70% effaced, with a posterior but very soft cervix.  Has anyone had a successful induction with an unfavorable cervix? Thanks!
