Stomach cramps...sick or bh?

Went to lunch and just had apps and shared a dessert.  As soon as left I got horrible stomach cramps.  Came home and went to bathroom like 3 times (sorry tmi) and felt like I was going to throw up.  Cramps so bad I could barely talk so I thought they were intense bh?  I even thought maybe beginning of labor.  All of the sudden the bad stomach cramps stopped. 

Don't know if sick, ate something bad, or was having bh. Has anyone had intense cramping like that?
