Mobile: Pain all the way around the rib cage

So I'm almost 28 weeks, and beginning yesterday I started having this pain in my ribs, right along the brastrap in the back, mostly on the left side. It's a sharp ache that feels like someone stuck a knife is me and left it there. It comes on pretty strong mid-day, but I don't feel it in the morning.

I've also been having an itchy, tingling pain across the top of my abdomen, right under my breasts, which comes and goes. It isn't nearly as bad as the back pain.

Am I right in guessing that this is my ribs and muscles spreading? It's too high for it to be anything related to the baby, which is why I haven't called the OB yet.

But my back, especially, is really really painful. I tried some heat last night, which helped a bit. Tylenol? Anything else?
