Thank You Cards

So I am going to do my thank you notes today. A few people bought me baskets that they included lots and lots of little things in. How do I say thank you for the items without having to list each one? First, I'm nervous because my cousin in law kept track of who bought what... however she wrote a few things as "etc." so I'll be embarrassed if I miss anything that they bought me or include something wrong.... so is there a way to say thanks for the stuff without listing every item?
