How common is it to need an induction, due to a failed biophysical profile?

So, today is my due date. If I am still pregnant at 41 weeks, I will have a biophysical profile and non-stress test. Although I wanted a natural birth, I trust my midwife's judgement if she recommends a medical induction based on the results of the test. I'm just wondering how common it is to fail the biophysical profile and non-stress test.
