1 1/2 centimeters, hospital, bed rest, may be early labor?

Oh im only 33 weeks. I was admitted to the hospital yesterday and hoping to get released tomorrow. Depending if I dilate anymore by then. They gave me steroid shots for the baby to help with development just in case he comes early. I was just told I get to be on bed rest for awhile im assuming because they dont want to add any more pressure on the cervix. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Im hoping for the best for my baby and I.
