Fetal Movement Count Question

Since I hit the 28 week mark yesterday, I have started my fetal kick counts (or movement counts). 

I was told to write down the time, tally each "movement", and see how long it takes for her to move 10 times. It should be under 1 hour. And, hiccups aren't counted.

DD is VERY active, so sometimes it only takes like 5 minutes for her to kick like 10 times. If it's all consecutive movement (3 kicks less than 2 seconds apart) should I count that as 1 movement or 3?  Like, should I wait for a pause and then count the next set?
