Any hairstylists?

I still have a long way to go but as a hairstylist I was wondering how long you could endure a full day on your feet? I am doing ok now but I did stand behind the chair for 11 hrs with a 1/2 hr lunch one day and was ever so happy to have the next day off! As long as I don't over lap color/cut appointments and go one at a time I am fine. Just wondering, how did you work up till the end? Did you gradually take time off or did you work full time until you delivered? I have clients say they want an appointment the day before I go in or take off so they can get done before my maternity leave. I don't know what to tell them because I don't know when that will be?? I work in a small town and by myself in a small shop.
