Gifts for helpers?

I have two hostesses for my baby shower that I plan on getting gifts for. Probably a beach bag filled with goodies. However, there are a few other people who I know are helping out with decorations, set up, etc. Should I give them the same gift? Maybe a smaller version of what the hostesses will get? I don't want them to feel unappreciated but at the same time I know they aren't doing as much as the hostesses.
