Our visits went well! Fingers crossed

We had two visits and I guess we passed muster!  We are waiting on final approval and need to re-submit MH's employer reference.  Hoping we'll be approved by our adoption shower on 5/19.  

So, for those dreading the visits, we have nine pets, an ooold house that is FAR from perfect, and lots of in-progress home improvement projects, and they didn't care.  That said, they did closely follow the safety audit forms and checked to make sure cleaning chemicals and meds were put away, baby gates installed, screens in windows, etc.  I'm sure every agency and state is different. 

Thanks to all of you for helping me through the process, even if you didn't know you were doing it.    I cannot wait to be "waiting"!
