Liquid secretion from nipples

Just noticed a weird feeling in my right breast and then squeezed my nipple and a tiny bit of clear liquid came out. It happened on the other side too. I never noticed this in my first pregnancy. I'm assuming my body is just getting ready for milk production, anyone else notice this lately? I'm 35 weeks.
