Itchy and splotchy?

I've had a horrible itch all over my face for a few weeks now. So bad I actually cried a few times, nothing I put on it helped, nothing I took for it helped. I told my OB and he ran blood test and as far as I know everything turned out ok. Well this morning I woke up and I have splotches of red and purple dots ALL over my face and compleatly covering my forehead. Wth? Please tell me I'm not getting PUPP.
