Footprint kit?

The post about packing the hospital bag below mentioned a footprint kit - if any of you have done this do you do it right at the hospital, or when you get home?  We didn't do one w/ DS but I would really like to this time...  Our hospital does a footprint sheet w/ the hospital name, baby's name, etc. but it would be nice to have our own.  Any recs on a good kit - or ideas?
