Not seeing my OB btw 36 and 39 weeks? Should I worry?

My OB is having knee surgery and going on vacation, and she is not having anyone cover her patients in the office while she's gone. I had an appt today, another in two weeks (36 wks), and not again for THREE WEEKS, until I'm 39 wks. My blood pressure has been consistently low, no other major problems, I don't feel the need to have my cervix checked at every appt, but is there another reason I should be going every week? Should I be worried? If it makes a difference, I'm a VBAC candidate. TIA!
