So I don't know if there is any advice for this, but with my first I pushed a little over an hr. I was told I wasn't pushing right, whatever that really meant. Clearly I finally did but don't remember a thing. Will have an epi this time as well cause I just can't tolerate pain (I'm a big wimp) so are there any "techniques" to help you push more effectively? I know not being able to feel anything is the biggest barrier...but still wasn't sure if there is anything that would help.
