Sciatic Nerve Pain

Has anyone else experienced this pain during pregnancy? It started during second tri but has gotten increasingly worse. It's nearly impossible to find a comfortable sleeping position and standing up from a sitting position is excruciatingly painful. Did anything help to relieve the pain? The ONLY thing that has helped me is to keep walking/moving...which is hard with a desk job.
