39wks weight gain and no dr

i'm 39 wks about to be 40 on monday and ive gained 5lbs since last week..i dnt have a dr anymore and im due on saturday..what am i suppose to do when my due date comes? just see if i go into labor and if i don't wait a few days and then go to the hospital? been having alot of BH as well. so anxious please help..
