leaky sac or discharge?

i've felt a very small trickle (like a few drops) coming out of my vaginal canal a few times over the last day or so. I normally don't notice discharge, as it is thicker and you can't really feel it coming out. 

I had an exam on friday morning, and wondering if they might of accidentally ruptured my sac. 

Like i said, over the course of a day it was maybe a few teaspoons, at the most, that came out.

Baby is also at 0 station and fully engaged, and wondering if his/her head is plugging up the hole so much that I barely notice it.  

any insight would be helpful.
