Kidney Stones and 1cm dilated...

Has anyone else experienced either of these before??

 I'm currently 31 weeks and found out Thursday afternoon, after a trip to labor and delivery, there is a possibility I have kidney stones (based off of urine specimen). Has anyone experienced this before and what were some ways to reduce some of the pain??

They also checked my cervix and they told me I am already 1cm dilated. They did the swab to check for the possibility of preterm labor in the next 2 weeks and thankfully it came back negative. Has anyone been dilated this early?

I go back to my doctor on Monday for my next check-up. When I was discharged they told me that he would be doing an ultrasound and re-checking my cervix.

This pain is going to be the death of me I swear and I'm still having to work 12 hour shifts!!! TIA...
