heartburn!!!

I wanted pancakes and Bacon for dinner...bad idea!!! I've had horrible heartburn since. I had terrible heartburn with DS and the same with this pregnancy but zantac and tums aren't working. I'm burping constantly and I feel like I could throw up.
Any suggestions? I'm desperate!!
