Awful dream

I've been having some WEIRD dreams lately...but last night I had a dream that I was pregnant with 4 babies...2 sets of twins, and then at the end of my dream, I found out we lost 2 of them. Do you think there is any meaning behind this? Obviously it may not be baby related, but just a thought...just sharing...
