breathing is not for the birds!!

I am a big fan of breathing and never realized how much i took it for granted before! I CAN NOT breathe. I feel like I have a puncture wound in my lung. I just can not get that full breathe. It is starting to scare me. I know it is normal but, it is making me have anxiety which of course makes the vicious cycle worst. I see my dr. today so i am going to talk to her again about it. Last week she just blew it off. What are you ladies doing to be more comfortable? Does it scare anyone or am i being a baby right now?
