A spot of blood in my bra?!

Could my nips be leaking a little bit of blood?! I noticed it a few days ago and hasn't happened since so I'm assuming it happened only once. There was no dry blood on my nip nor was there any dry blood anywhere on my boob. My mom said I could have just scratched it or picked a scab? But I know there's no scabs on my boobs and as far as scratching it; I really haven't. There was only two little spots. I don't even know what to compare the sizes too but it was small.

The only thing I've noticed on my nips (I think) is dry colostrum. Is this something that I should be concerned about? I'm going to see my doctor on Monday for my regular visit so I'll be talking to her about it, I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or has any advice on the matter.
