Group B Strep

I'm alittle worried. I never had Group B Strep with my 1st child, this time I went in and had a UTI, Results came back that I also have group B. I'm also allergic to Amoxicillan (The antibiotic that usually treats it) so obviously they will find an alternative. But I read about it, and of course everything that could go wrong stuck out more than the slight risk of it happening.

I'm worried, The doctor says Alot of women carry it and its nothing to worry about but I just can't stop worrying.
