Way overdue update

This is so late but we have had a crazy 2 months so better late than never. 

To refresh your memories, we were matched in mid February.  We got a text one night saying our EM was in labor.  We flew out 10 hrs later and met our son when he was about 10 hrs old.  TPR was signed and we cleared icpc about 7 days later.  Our son was a champ for the flight (with a connection).  He is now 8 weeks old and we are starting to fall more into a routine.

getting to meet our son's BM and spend time with her was a great experience.  She was so nice and we will be able to tell our son about her.  We hope to maintain contact with her in the future.

It is still a little surreal that he is here and after 5 long years we are finally parents.  To those waiting a long time, seriously keep the faith.  We were starting to think it would never happen and then within 2 weeks we had a match and then a baby.
