SO: Sit & Stand stroller?

So ironically just a few hours after I posted below about the double stroller I find out a neighbor is selling a joovy sit & stand double stroller at a really good price.  Can anyone give their input on the sit & stands?  DS will be about 2.5 when the baby's born in June & I'm really skeptical if he would even stay put in one of those...  I know there's a strap or something to keep him in, but if we were to go to a festival, the zoo, etc somewhere he needed to be more confined, I'm afraid he would just keep running out of the sit & stand..  Plus - no where for him to nap if we were out on a day trip..
