How do you fight your junk food cravings (if you have them)?

I seem to always want something sweet after eating a regular meal or snack. It started 9 years ago when I was pregnant with my son and now its back full throttle! I can understand indulging every now and then but I *always* want something sweet :( Raisins worked for a while until I found out theyre not as good for you as I thought.  When I make good things like zuc bread, banana bread etc Me, hub and our son eat it all in like a day because its so good lol 

 

How to fight the cravings?

 

Any ideas of what I could make for dessert and things that will last long too - as far as the expiration date goes?

 

I dont give in every time, I think of how i just went to the gym etc and ask myself if its worth it since I just walked for an hour on the treadmill. But my problem is, the cravings are getting stronger!
