Antidepressants

Has anyone or is anyone on an antidepressant. I am currently taking Cymbalta 30mg daily for depression and anxiety. I am worried sick that my baby may be born with birth defects or problems. Can anyone share their stories or knowledge on being on antidepressants. I am planning on weening myself off them, but anyone that has been on Cymbalta knows that is not an easy job.
